Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Family Set and that it becomes part of your family's Christmas traditions for years to come.

If you change your mind, unused Family Sets in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at chloe@thefamilycarolco.com before sending a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at chloe@thefamilycarolco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll be happy to make it right.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once an eligible return has been received and inspected.
